Battle rapper Daylyt has died in Watts, California the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office said Sunday.
Daylyt, who was born Davone Campbell, was 34 and left two kids and a wife behind.
The rapper suffered a medical emergency in his sleep, according to his close friend, Los Angeles police spokesman said in an email to CNN. The rapper died shortly after at a nearby hospital, according to police. We will update with more details shortly.
