Corey Scherer died of an apparent suicide by hanging Wednesday morning, according to The Associated Press. The YouTuber was 24 . A representative confirmed the Yotubers death to Rolling Stone.
“Shortly after 9 a.m. this morning, we were notified by law enforcement of a death in Palos Verdes Estates,” Brian Elias, chief of operations for the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, tells Rolling Stone. “We responded to the scene and unfortunately confirmed that Mr. Corey Scherer was deceased at the scene.”
He vanished after posting a video to his channel called big boy Bernie.
Corey Scherer had more than million subscribers on YouTube, where he vlogged and danced.
