HSA SET TO LOOSE CORPORATE PARTNERS

Dipti Lavya Swain and Sunando Mukherjee the last bastions of HSA’s corporate practice are set to resign from HSA. It has become common market knowledge that HSA has failed to pay the partner retainer fees to its partners since January 2021 and more than two months of associate retainer fees to associates are due. We tried to reach out to HSA for comment, but we are yet to receive any confirmation from the firm.
Reports have emerged that Dipti to leave HSA with five associates and a principal associate to reopen Lavya Swain & Partners along with Fund Partner Anand Rajagopalan from Luthra & Luthra.
