Around 11pm BCS police where called to a near by residence to find the lady in orange we won’t release the names of the victims to laughing like a dolphin. When the first responders arrive the lady was laughing so hard that her husband in the cowboy hat thought he caught a dolphin and had a huge fishing pole in his hands, and she had a large hook in the back of her neck. EMTs quickly took the female to the hospital to retrieve the hook from her neck she has been released and he is not facing any charges.
